For use in a bread machine.
1 Cup Water
3 Tablespoon Canola Oil
3 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Salt
3 Cups Bread Machine Flour
2 Teaspoons Yeast
Also:
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
~AND~
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Add top list of ingredients to bread machine in according to machine's instructions.
Settings: White bread, light crust.
Right before the last rise, pause machine, take dough out to a floured surface and roll out flat. Pour on the 1/4 C Sugar and 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon onto dough, roll up tight and curl up ends. (You might need a little water to seal the roll shut before curling it up.)
Place back into machine and press start.
When baking starts, open top, sprinkle on 1 Tablespoon sugar and 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon and spritz with a little water. Close lid to finish baking.
