Oh yeah!!!!
Ingredients:
1 2/3 C sugar
2/3 C dairy free margarine
3 eggs
1/2 t. vanilla
2 C flour
2/3 C cocoa powder
1 1/4 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1/4 t. baking powder
1 1/3 C. water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and cocoa powder two 9" round cake pans, or 1 9"x13"x2" pan, or line 24 muffin tins with papers.
Beat sugar, margarine, eggs and vanilla on high for 3 minutes.
In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients, mix well.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and water to creamed mixture.
Pour into pans and bake for 30 to 35 minutes (20 minutes for cupcakes). Cool cakes for 10 minutes then invvert onto wire racks and cool completely.
Frost and enjoy!! Try this frosting!
