3-4 Red potatoes
Olive Oil
Seasoning (Mix up your favorites, we use italian, parsley, steak seasoning, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash, or what ever we have in the spice cabinet.)
Cut each potato into 4 or 6 wedges.
Pour Olive oil onto a plate and coat each piece on all sides. Rest each piece on it's skin.
Sprinkle on a generous amount of seasoning.
Grill for 15 minutes on medium heat, do not allow to burn. Test with fork.
