3-4 Red skinned potatoes
1 envelope of a Dairy Free italian dressing mix
Olive Oil
Heat Oven to 450 degrees
Cut potatoes into small squares- do not rinse or dry.
Pour Mix into a gallon zipper bag
Add potatoes and shake well
Pour some oil onto a cookie sheet, place in oven for about 2 minutes- DO NOT let it start smoking, remove with hot pads. Carefully pour potatoes onto hot oiled cookie sheet and flip over with a spatula. (The pre-heating of the oil prevents sticking, but be careful with this step as the oil will be HOT)
Bake at 450 for about 20 minutes or until desired crispness.
